Severe allergies plagued Dr. Korwitts throughout his childhood, and with allergy medicine and surgeries still fairly young, he endured weekly invasive injections for years. His parents made the brilliant decision to introduce their son to chiropractic care, wherein he received some immediate relief, and has now been allergy free for years.
Grateful to be active and take part in daily outdoor activities, as well as breathing freely without limitations led Dr. Korwitts to a vocation that has spanned over 35 years of involvement in the health field, Dr. Victor T. Korwitts specializes in the treatment of structural, neurological and biochemical imbalances. A 1973 graduate of the National College of Chiropractic, Dr. Korwitts has done extensive post-graduate work, including 600 hours in acupuncture.
Actively involved in sports and fitness, Dr. Korwitts has competed in many triathlons and biking events. First hand experience as an athlete has provided even more in-depth appreciation for body structure and function.

Over the years after getting me back in good shape, Dr. Korwitts gently recommended I come in for regular maintenance adjustments. During those times I was busy being a Mom to 4, a loving wife, teaching Sunday school, good neighboring, etc., etc. I didn't listen to the good advice. During the 80s, 90s and on into 2000 I came into the clinic only when I hurt. Now it is 2013. As Dr. Korwitts worked on my problems for 2 1/2-3 months he just looked at me with his nice smile and said, "Now you can decide if you want to wait until you really hurt again or come in monthly so I can keep you in good condition. Also if you have a massage once a month, you will feel really good!" My answer was "OK-- I have matured (not grown older) and my choice is to see you monthly and see "Z" monthly for a massage." You know, Dr. Korwitts was right all along so I guess I really have matured! I have recommended to clinic to everyone I know.
